PRP for Facial and hair Rejuvenation

Platelet Rich Plasma is a platelet-concentrated component from your own blood that contains nutrient-rich cells and protein growth factors. Platelet activation plays a key role in the body’s natural healing process and has many clinical applications.

PRP Facial Rejuvenation

PRP provides growth factors that activate and stimulate fibroblasts which induces the synthesis of collagen and elastin, both of which are key proteins in keeping the skin youthful. As we age, our natural collagen production begins to slowly decline leading to a decrease in facial fullness, resulting in sagging and lax skin. Stimulating the production of collagen with PRP can help to restore skin quality resulting in a more youthful, rejuvenated appearance.

Benefits Include:

Smooth fine lines, wrinkles, and folds

Regenerates the skin from within

Evens out skin complexion, texture & tone

Increases collagen and skin elasticity

Treat acne scars

Helps with hyperpigmentation

PRP Hair Rejuvenation

PRP injections are an extremely powerful and effective treatment for those struggling with hair loss, thinning of the hair, or simply looking to aid in overall hair growth. By increasing the blood supply to the hair follicle, you increase the thickness of the hair shaft. When the PRP is injected into the scalp, it stimulates the circulation of blood and nutrients to the deprived hair follicles to encourage new growth. This procedure is suitable for both men and women!

What is the PRP process like?

The process of PRP is done in three steps. First your blood is drawn and then spun through a centrifuge separating your red blood cells, platelets and plasma. The concentrated platelets are then drawn up into a syringe and injected strategically and methodically to the area/areas of concern.

What is the downtime?

It is normal to experience bruising, redness, itching and swelling to the treated area. This will subside shortly after. If you are experiencing any pain or discomfort you may take Tylenol as directed. Avoid vigorous exercise and excessive sun/heat exposure for 48 hours post treatment.

How many sessions will I need to see optimal results?

We highly recommend a series of 3 PRP treatments to ensure optimal results!
